E-Form Builder
E-Form builder digitizes existing Field Agent forms. Forms can be created and modified with ease. Create forms without any limitation on the number of fields per form. Define fields as mandatory fields so that field agents will not be able to submit a report for review unless all mandatory fields have been completed.
Image Capture
Capture images straight from the mobile application. This feature provide geo-tags and time stamps of the captured images.
Signature Capture
Digital signature - your clients can sign the forms and lock the contents so no further changes can be made.
Auto Dispatch Function
Important feature that is very helpful to the Dispatchers. No need to collate application forms per area and per field agent. As a time-saving advantage the system identifies which Field Agent shall be given a task depending on defined parameters (e.g., location, workload)
Offline Mode
Field agents may accomplish and send reports even when they are on offline mode. All submitted repots during offline mode shall be automatically transmitted to the server once connected to a network. Signal unavailability in certain locations will not be a problem in submitting completed tasks.
Location Tracking
PowerForm includes various location tracking options – configured time intervals for field agents, task submission location and the location for signatures and pictures.
Role Assignment
Roles are created with different access rights. Roles such as Dispatcher, Encoder, Verifier, Reviewer, Approver and field agents can be created. Limit field agents’ access to mobile application only, while Administrator role can access everything on the web as well as the mobile application.
Defined Workload Distribution
The Dispatcher’s page displays all the field agents as well as the number of tasks assigned to them. This is helpful for Dispatchers to balance the workload of the field agents.
Calculations
Include calculations within the Forms using all the fields within the form and all normal operators.
Reference Data
Upload a database in the web application and then allow this to be synchronized to the smart phones used by your field agents and used in specific fields. Link one (e.g. customer ID) to auto-populate other fields (e.g. name and address).

Quick Search
Easily review content by using the quick search box. This feature is available on most of the screens. It allows users to query task records or it can be as specific as search by Name, Service Type, Address or Task ID.
SLA Functions
The PowerForm Service Level Agreement features allows for defined SLAs (either based on events or time intervals) with notifications by e-mail or SMS to defined user groups.
Batch Uploading
Instead of manually encoding each data into the system, this feature conveniently accepts CSV files and uploads them directly into the system with less effort.
SMS Integration
The system can connect to a SMS gateway to send notifications via SMS.

Full Audit Trail
History tab shows task level or field level history. It displays the user who completed or edited any field as well as the previous content of the field. It also tracks the date and time the changes were made.
