Data Encoding / Task Creation
Tasks are uploaded into the PowerForm System
• Creation of tasks one at a time through encoding using the web portal.
• Batch upload using downloadable CSV file format from the web portal. This allows multiple tasks creation in one file upload.
• Import data from enterprise systems.
Verification
Verifier agents may edit or fill up information before sending the task to the dispatcher or reviewer.
• The tasks under verification screen may be assigned to a specific verifier agent.
• This step may be skipped. Tasks can be forwarded directly from the encoder directly to the dispatcher.


Dispatch
Dispatchers assign tasks to Field Agents.
• Manual dispatching - allows dispatching of tasks manually. Dispatcher selects the Field Agent for a specific task.
• Auto dispatching - allows auto-dispatch of tasks based on the service areas of Field Agents, individual thresholds for the number of tasks and their availability.
Mobile Application View of Tasks
Field Agents complete tasks using the mobile application.
• Secured login with username and password.
• View list of tasks.
• Waze view
• Dashboard view of New, In-Progress and Returned tasks.
• Built-in messaging.


Task Submission
Submit completed tasks anywhere, anytime, using their mobile device.
• Partial Submission of tasks will be sent to Dispatch for re-assignment
• Capture image or attach photos using the mobile device.
• Tasks can be submitted even if there is no mobile data connection. Tasks will remain in the pending sync tab until the server receives the task.
• Field Agents retain a history of their submitted tasks.
Task Review and Task Approval
Tasks submitted by the Field Agents may be reviewed and approved.
• 2 levels of approval.
• Tasks reviewed by reviewer will go to the approver for a second layer check.
• Approval stage is the end of the Field Agent life cycle.

Cloud Implementation
Cloud-hosted implementation reside on a Cloud hosting provider. This is the ideal set up for companies with no dedicated IT group. Maintenance of the software and hardware will be provided by the Cloud hosting company.

On Premise
On-premise installations reside on dedicated servers maintained by an organization’s IT department. This provides additional control and validation but requires additional hardware to setup and a dedicated IT department to manage. All data are kept within your company firewall, managed by your security experts. Data is completely under control.
